Peter Little

Chairman

Peter has extensive leadership experience in local authority trading companies. For the past eight years, he has served as Chair of Southend Care Ltd, overseeing profitable operations across residential, tenanted, day care, and home care services. These services, previously managed by the local authority, are now run successfully as a standalone company.

Peter’s broader experience includes board positions in the NHS and financial services, and he brings a strong understanding of service transformation and public sector innovation to his role at Kyndi.
