Covid-19 Asymptomatic Lateral Flow Test site project – Medway

Kyndi were contacted with 5 days notice to source 180 staff, complete compliance checks for successful candidates and assign to  four separate site location across Medway as part of the Covid-19 pandemic response for Medway Public Health. One week prior to Christmas 2020, the project was delivered to timetable, with the Kyndi recruitment team involved in the site training and the handover from the military as they withdrew to support other public health areas.

The majority of temporary workers were sourced directly by Kyndi, however we worked in partnership with Reed who are on our preferred supplier list, who supplied 30 of the temporary staff. The project continues to support Medway Public Health response to the Covid-19 pandemic response.
