Our Team

I currently live in Swale and have done so since 2005 when I relocated from the Northwest.  My background prior to joining Kyndi is varied and includes working within the public and private sectors as well as the VCSE sector.   I have always been particularly drawn to working in roles that are within the health & social care sector.

I am passionate about ensuring that people are able to have fulfilling and independent lives and particularly our most vulnerable.   Working with Kyndi gives me a great opportunity to ensure our community have access to services that show great impact to the level of independence that they can achieve, whilst also complementing and supporting other health and social care services in this respect.  I am excited and proud to be responsible for the team of people at Kyndi and get huge satisfaction from seeing the tangible difference we make.

I also volunteer my time to support our local RNLI service as their Management Group Chair.  In my spare time you will find me cheering on a local youth grassroots football team, trying out new recipes or pottering in my garden enjoying family time with my husband, children three cats and a very bouncy chocolate Labrador!.

Robert has worked within the care and monitoring arenas since 2015, holding various roles both within the local authority and latterly as part of Kyndi.  He is proficient in fostering successful partnering agreements and has been Head of Operations for over 18 months ensuring the smooth running of the Control Centre and its many outreach posts.

Having previously spent most of his working life in London, Robert is enjoying being back in Medway. He is a keen runner and hiker and spends as much of his free time as possible out in the fresh air.

Sonia has been with Kyndi since 2015 and is the Manager for the Telecare Service, covering all of the vital back office functions for the service. Sonia currently manages 6 members of staff.  Before working at Kyndi Sonia worked in finance for a major Bank. Sonia has a partner and together they have three children. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her friends and family and taking long walks with her dog.

Harry has been with Kyndi since 2015, Harry heads up the Monitoring Centre which covers the Telecare Emergency Calls, CCTV and Out Of Hours. Harry currently manages 20 members of staff and day to day operations.  Before working at Kyndi Harry worked in London as a Logistics Manager for a commercial/residential development company for seven years overseeing projects from start to finish, including some of London’s famous skyscrapers he also managed over 50 members of staff over several sites.  Harry is married and has one child, in his spare time you can find him in the gym.  Harry has a passion for cars and boxing but most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

Ashley has enjoyed a successful career in banking and commerce. During the past 15 years, he built up a portfolio of Non-Executive roles including 9 years at mhs homes Ltd, where he chaired the Finance, Risk & Audit Committee and subsequently became Group Chairman.

More recently he was a Non-Executive Board Member at two other housing associations: East Thames Group and the Radian Group, a Governing Council Member of the University of Kent and a Non-Executive member of the Membership Board of the RICS.

Ashley is married with three adult daughters and enjoys cricket, music, theatre, travel and fine arts.

Steven joined the Kyndi board as a non-executive director in February 2019 to provide his commercial expertise to this fast-growing Telecare business.  He has over 20 years’ product, marketing, commercial and leadership experience in FTSE100 and Challenger brands across Tech, Telco and Retail.

Steven has an enviable skill set, an eye for detail and a great understanding of customer insight as well as the ability to motivate his team and deliver results.  He lives in Rochester with his partner and young family.
