How does it work?

When smoke or fire is detected in your property you will be alerted with a local alarm and also a call will be made to our 24-hour monitoring centre.  Our operators will alert emergency services immediately.

The Control Centre will also advise the Fire Service which room the alert has been raised in and speak to you via the Lifeline.

The smoke detector is enhanced with new features, such as auto low battery reporting, only one battery for ease of management, and accreditation to the very latest standard for smoke detectors.
