We are looking for a Telecare Engineer to join our friendly team!
You will be working either independently or with Adult Social Care/NHS in assessing clients within their home to determine the most suitable Telecare equipment to meet individual needs. To advise, coordinate, install, programme and maintain Telecare equipment, which includes the removal of Telecare equipment that is no longer required and the installation of Key Safes. Process incoming telephone calls through the management of Telecare Service Desk. First point of contact for the clients, their families or clinicians and then to escalate issues appropriately in line with Medway Commercial Group Limited’s policies and procedures. Support the delivery of marketing and sales activity in those areas where the company has existing service operations in order to achieve targets. To develop relationships with potential customers within the Telecare services of Kyndi Ltd and convert these relationships into active sales. To contribute to the effective delivery of a good quality, outcome focused service through effective monitoring systems and processes of contracted services and/or partnerships, which are in accordance with the appropriate legislation and guidance, whilst ensuring that the service user is placed at the centre of all compliance processes.
